License and Disclaimer of Warranty

NetTray is not free software. The software is the property of G Pearson.
You are granted a license giving limited rights to use the software under the following conditions:

1) This software is provided "as is". All responsibility for determining fitness of purpose rests with you,
the user. On registration, the user is deemed to have agreed that the software is fit for the intended
purpose of use, and no refund of the registration fee shall be entertained thereafter, for whatever reason.

2) No liability is accepted for any loss or damage or consequential loss or damage arising directly or
indirectly out of the use of the software or for any other reason. It is entirely your responsibility to take
all necessary precautions to safeguard against any such loss.
